Mia, (the American Girl of the year) joined our family in October. She has been one of Kayla's best friends ever since. So, we just had to head out to the American Girl store on opening day, rather than waiting until Saturday when 300-500 people are expected to be there. As we arrived at the store, the excitement on Kayla's face was priceless. We could have spent hours walking around the store looking at everything. Kayla decided to get Mia's ears pierced. If you look closely you can see them. We had so much fun that we may even head back this weekend for their special events, but at least we have our shopping done.
