field trip

I was able to join Ashley and her class of 1st graders on a tour of our hometown. We started our trip touring the fire station.
We saw many of the fire trucks and even got to sit in one of the trucks.

We really liked seeing Firefighter forester in her uniform. Wow, the uniform weighs the same as Ashley.

The next destination was the police department. We toured all of the behind the scenes of the police department. The highlight was going into the jail cell. Hopefully, that will be the last time.

We also toured city hall to see all of the planning that goes into running a city.

What a great field trip to see all of the important parts of the city.
