Our family celebrated the end of 2008, by catching the ball at the ball drop at Como Zoo (at Noon) and then went to the Luau at Nickelodeon Universe that evening. We joined some of our favorite characters, Dora and Diego and dug for hidden treasures and celebrated the end of 2008.
We welcomed in 2009 with friends on the perfect winter afternoon. We had a great time eating lunch and cookies, cookies, cookies (so many cookies), making a snowman craft, searching for hidden candy in the snow, and snowmobiling and more snowmobiling. As Kayla and I were going for a ride she said to me, "We should get one of these, Mom. We would really use it a lot." Well, Kayla I don't think we will invest in a snowmobile until we know you will keep it on the ground. (Kayla and another girl went over a jump and flipped it over. They got up laughing and having a great time.) Thanks for another great new year celebration Mark and Stacy.
