We enjoyed this perfect winter day (40 degrees) at the St. Paul Winter Carnival. The tour of St. Paul began at the state capital. What a beautiful building. The girls felt so honored to have visited such a special building. We then went to Rice Park to see all of the ice sculptures. We loved the warm weather, however the ice sculptures melted and crumbled to pieces, so the pictures are not the best. We ended our day watching the Winter Carnival Parade. What a great parade. The girls loved every moment of the day. Ashley actually said it was her favorite day ever.
