Ashley's kindergarten class put on a transportation program for their families. Each child needed to design, build, and decorate a form of transportation. Ashley choose to make Papa's boat.

The program began with a parade around the school so that the kindergartners could show off their creations. The classes sang many songs and recited a few poems. The ended the program with the students reading a story that they wrote.

My Boat ride

Me and m sister and my papa went for a boat ride around the lake. My papa goes fast a round the lake. I put my head down. I sat on a chair. My hair went all over.
