Scream played 4 games in the USA Cup with a victory for 2 games. Kayla was so excited to score an awesome goal from a corner kick. She also got to play her favorite position, goalie. Unfortunately, she didn't get much action as goal. Her awesome goalie skills scared the other team away.

The USA cup has so many other fun activities that the players can participate in. Trading pins was by far the favorite. Kayla was on a mission to get some pins from other countries and states. She was successful, taking home 3 pins from Brazil and more from multiple states. We ended the tournament celebrating at the Opening Ceremonies (We played in the weekend tournament. Opening Ceremonies kicks off the weekday tournament.) The Scream lead all of the Blaine Soccer Club teams into the stadium to be greeted by thousands of soccer fans. It was an incredible and unforgettable event marching in with 917 teams from 21 states and 16 countries. We were so lucky to participate in such a memorable experience.
