Chicago, here we come!

Our morning began with a Duck tour of Wisconsin Dells

on land and on water.

The girls were a bit surprised when the drive left the forest and drove right into the Wisconsin River.

We saw rock formations like the Baby Grand Piano (above) and Hawks Bill (below).

Kayla and Ashley gave us a tour of Lake Delton while driving the Duck. I think I see a future job for the girls.

Thankfully, the tour guided decided to drive us through Red Bird Gorge since the Duck comes within 4 inches of the rock walls.

We headed to our next destination-Chicago. Wow, was there a lot of traffic. We spent our evening strolling around Navy Pier.

We loved the Fun House.

But the girls loved the Swings and Ferris Wheel. Wow, what a view from the top of the Ferris Wheel. The pictures doesn't do it justice.

Our evening ended with a fantastic firework show over Lake Michigan. The perfect way to end the first day of our vacation.
